Stephanie Aiddoo is a Wellesley College Class of 2027 student majoring in Anthropology with a minor in Biology. Her research interests center on health services research, particularly how underserved communities access and interact with maternal healthcare.

Previous research experience: Independent research on protein abundance and localization of minK-KvLQT1-mEYFP phosphomutants in HEK cells through research fellowship programs at Wellesley.

How I got started: I joined a Wellesley program designed to introduce students from first-generation and low-income backgrounds to research, then reached out to a professor whose work interested me and requested an informational Zoom conversation.
